(Achievement) Items Crafted

An achievement that you get when you craft every single item in the game smelting counts aswell this will make players do a lot of tasks they wouldnt normally for this achievement

    You would be pushed to do everything the game has to offer and it could give you 6000 xp, half the dragon, as it is half the game, mine/craft.

    Me: it took me 10 Minecraft months but I’ve finally done it! *crafts a respawn anchor* DiamondOre54 has completed the challenge “Been There, Done That”. Me: Woohoo! Let’s celebrate with my do-uh oh…WHERE’s MY DOG! *checks chat* Cookie Dough was blown up by Creeper

    This would be so fun to do in survival as you can see but how would it work? Would it detect when the item is available to pick up or when it came into your inventory?
