Universal ID list

Hello,

I don't know how or why this ever happened, i've only seen everyone mindlessly accepting it and making converting programs for it and you probably know what i'm talking about. That's right! The McPe/McBe and Java block id's.

They've been different for quite some time now and i dont know how this hasn't still been fixed. It's a huge struggle in the building community. I'll say it again. HUGE. The struggle IS 100% underestimated and i'm very sure every builder can back me up on this. 

I know changing them now would change the old worlds. But even for that are solutions, and as being someone who's been heavily involved in the building community for the past 7 years, i can guarantee that these steps are WORTH taking.

Please mojang, make a universal ID list for all minecraft versions! 
We're tired of having to break our head over converting ID's and their meta's. More people need it than you might think.
