Make end crystals only placeable on bedrock

Currently, the player can place end crystals on obsidian and bedrock. Let end crystals be only placeable by the player on bedrock. They can also be an unfair weapon in battles because in hard mode, they can do MUCH more damage than any other weapons or charged creepers exploding, leading to quick and easy battles with no skill.
