Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Upgrade Iron Doors With Netherite!

Netherite is really blast resistant so a door made from it would be cool. It would also be the second door that can only be opened with a redstone signal.

I imagine maybe crafting it from 3 Iron Doors and one Netherite Ingot. And you will get three Netherite Doors!

Because using one ingot for every door is too much.

I think this idea is good because we already have eight normal doors and I think we need another iron one. And as I said it is really blast resistant. It could be used in many different ways.

    I think this would be really great! Netherite door behaves same as iron door, need redstone to open, but is 100% blast resistant like obsidian or netherite blocks. So you can make a base that actually has an entrance but is also fully blast resistant. Maybe also add a netherite button/pressure plate that wont blow up either?

    Also, the door should takes twice as long to break as netherite block, because this door takes up the space of two blocks. And only with netherite pickaxe. Texture would just be like a darker iron door, like the color of netherite ingot vs iron ingot. 

    As far as obtaining, maybe this could generate somewhere in the bastions? Maybe its a bit late for that though haha.

    I think its fine if its a bit expensive, so maybe 6 netherite ingots in the crafting table makes 3 netherite doors (just like 6 iron ingots makes 3 iron doors) or 1 iron door in smithing table with 1 netherite ingot makes one netherite door.
