Diamond tools should require 8 Netherite to upgrade but be less rare

The new best tools / weapons / armor in the game should require a lot more time to acquire. With the current rarity, within a couple of days you can obtain the best equipment in the game. Comparing this time to how long it would take to get the best equipment in most RPGs, it is far to fast. Although Minecraft ins't an RPG, Netherrite should be a new opportunity to add a goal to the game that would really be end game, and increase the time that players would wear mixed armor as they don't get enough Netherite in one go to wear a full set immediately. To not make it too long to obtain, they should increase the spawn rate, which would also make Netherite blocks easier to obtain.
