Shattered Savannas are really cool biomes to come across, cliffs soaring up past y=200 and llamas wandering around on the edge of oblivion. They are, arguably, the most chaotic biome in the game.
But what if we combined the most chaotic biome in the game with the most chaotic dimension in the game? Imagine trudging through the Nether and coming across an incredibly rare Shattered Crimson Forest. The Nether 'caves' open up revealing towering cliffs and lava falls, floating islands and ledges, all above a massive lava ocean, all covered in Giant Crimson Fungi with their weeping vines hanging down. Hoglins plodding along, gazing down at the Ghasts weaving their ways in between cliffs and islands.
Or finding a Shattered Warped Forest, Endermen teleporting from ledge to ledge while players build majestic castles overlooking the lava sea, a hundred blocks below.
Or, you enter your first Nether portal and, in a one in a million chance, you emerge on a small soul soil island among a maze of basalt pillars, soul sand precipices and soul soil overhangs, fossils jutting out of the terrain while skeletons patrol the cliffs.
I think this, even more extreme version of the Nether's current chaotic terrain generation, would be an amazing addition to the dimension and incite players to take long journeys through danger and fire to find these rare and majestic locations. I personally would love to try and build some kind of outpost or citadel in biomes like this.
