When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

    Heres my critical opinion.
"Along with that it emits a magenta/purplish colored light for all your building needs."
Colored light seems very unlikely. it would require major changes and a major rewrite of the lightning engine.

About the rest. i dont really agree with your points.
The nether can be accessed really quick. so by adding a soulstone repeater, it would basicly render the normal repeater useless, after its just one single soulsoil more, to get a repeater wich is twice as good.

There would be zero use to ever use a normal repeater again. Secondly,  you wouldnt add any new content
    you would add oneblock-solutions
and oneblock-solutions are rarely the way to go.

Personally, I think you can add a fixed repeater to make up for the problem that the original repeater can only transmit in one direction. This can make it more convenient to make multiple control switches when the repeaters are side by side !!

    Thank you GONG BO-LIN !
I appreciate it. And DasEchteTD , here's my response.

First, if the redstone torch already has a code to do that then why would it have to be a huge rewrite? It would be easy to basically copy the code and change the color. If you've actually some how worked on the game and know how its lighting engine works then please prove me wrong.

Also, I can agree with that a bit, and can even add a recipe change to make it interesting and nether looking. And it can be fixed and unique like Gong Bo-Lin said in his positive comment, " I think you can add a fixed repeater to make up for the problem that the original repeater can only transmit in one direction. This can make it more convenient to make multiple control switches when the repeaters are side by side !" which imo is a perfect fix.

So now that it can be made not a "one-block solution" I don't really mind that part, though I do wanna mention that even if there was no repeaters the torch itself would be an idea players would think of through-out the years, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that there is no soul variant of a redstone torch. So even without repeaters or whatever there is alot to this that isn't "one-block solutions".

It seems like my own suggestion about soul fire redstone torches was deemed a duplicate of this one and deleted, which sucks because I disagree with almost everything in this issue other than "making a new component out of soul soil and redstone".

To be specific, the limited power level of 15 in regular redstone components exists because it's the limit of what can be expressed with 4 bits. Adding anything with a higher power level would involve completely overhauling a large amount of the current redstone logic just to be compatible. Also, I'd rather not have any form of light emitted or any color changes in order to make them a performance friendly alternative to regular redstone torches.

TLDR: I just wanted a less laggy redstone torch. :/

zero3180 Sorry to hear your post got removed, but it's not my fault that when you were searching for redstone suggestions for the Nether Update you couldn't find my post. But to only disagree over a simple mistake you made is petty, and Mojang has been overhauling ALOT of things lately, so to update some numbers to a higher value in items for different versions of a game will take a while but not be something to worry about. And unless you somehow worked on the games redstone scripts and know a thing or to then I'd love to be proven wrong. Also TLDR? Maybe that's why you disagree, you didn't even read past the first couple of words of this small post. And if you want less laggy then Mojang can fix some scripts along with adding this if they want.

I haven't worked at Mojang, but I've written programs of my own, made Minecraft mods, and built a lot of redstone. Higher power levels would cause additional lag because more dust could be updated simultaneously and modern CPUs can only process 64 bits at once. A 20Hz clock circuit can already power >3300 dust per tick thanks to the 15 power limit, thus making the game unplayable despite only using 4 bits per dust. Increasing the power limit/bits would make the game lag that much with even less dust.

A lot of how I play the game is making extremely large and complicated machines/farms in survival. I've had to redesign machines just to remove hundreds of redstone torches merely because of the light updates lagging the server. I figured soul fire would make a good replacement without any lighting updates, so I suggested it. However, my suggestion got deleted because it was considered a duplicate of this one.
