Extracting Pure Magic from Enchantments

This would involve a specific block in order to extract, the Mystical Core. Craft it using an End Crystal, 4 Netherite Ingots and 4 Glass of any kind. You place an Enchanted Item into it and the item gets absorbed, giving out types of Pure Magic, either Magic Sparks or Dark Magic, the amount of each is based on if they're Enchantments or Curses and their levels.

Magic Sparks are gained from almost every Enchantment, but you need to craft 9 together into a piece of Pure Magic (animation of blue flame), which is what actually does stuff, you select what spells to use for a particular type of magic (if you're holding either type of magic) using b+(0-9), and then right-click, some of it's spells include:

Flying Ability for 0:30 (Effect can be stacked for longer by using multiple pure magic at once)
Summoning Fireballs
Flying mobs towards you

Dark Magic is only gained from Curse Enchantments and is much more powerful and dangerous (animation of black+red fire), some of it's spells:

Converting a mob into a Soul and being able to move it.
Turning water into temporarily in-cool-able lava.
Temporarily turning a player into stone
