Secret Changes in updates

For me, it ruins the exploration side of the game a bit when a single update comes out and the change log says everything that has been added whenever it's a snapshot or a full release, and the tweets, update videos that I see and can't escape from, so I would like to suggest for the change logs to not mention something from from time to time weather it's a new flower or heck, even a new biome, so when I'm exploring I come across something new that by chance no player has found yet, imagine exploring your world and you get mildly shocked to see a new flower that no one has reported existing yet?
That would improve the exploration side of the game, because when you play Minecraft, sure, you can explore, but when you find an ice-spikes biome or whatnot, you know what is going to come and what is there, it's not that surprising to explore when you have played the game for over 5 years.

They need to do this. What's the point of an exploring game when they're gonna tell/show you everything they're adding?
