Eroded Nether Waste Biome

The Nether Waste Biome would generated with spike-like netherrack shape, the generation could also happen in the celling. Unlike the bassalt pillars that generate in the Soul Sand Valley where the connect the celling to the ground, these spike formations wouldn't connect, somewhat like the Eroded Badlands biome, but with more lava lakes
