Shimmerock

An ore that generates in shimmering caves (there is a separate idea for "Shimmering caves" in Structures category). It would look like stone block with lots of small light blue rocks in it and it would emit a small amount of light. The shimmerock ore could only be mined with silk touch, otherwise it would drop shimmerock as an item. As an item it could be used in five different ways. 1. A new light source: to make a lamp. Similar to a redstone lamp, but it would have different appearance and a bluish light. 2. Shimmerock torch. It would be similar to a redstone torch and could power things and would have a bluish top. But it would be the only way to power things - no block like redstone block, and no powder to make a trail. 3. To make a new potion. The effect would be to make you glow in the dark for some time: there would be a radius of light surrounding you. 4. To provide a growing environment for white mushrooms (there's a separate idea on "White mushrooms" in Blocks\Tools\Items category). 5. Decorative purposes.
