Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

An Alternative for Netherite Recipes

Perhaps instead of putting your diamond tool and a Netherite ingot into a crafting table, how about an anvil? This alternative could allow you to keep your enchantments, as well.

    I'd rather just craft stuff normally, as outlined in my post "netherite 'upgrading' is lame".

    the upgrading is going to be done in a smithing table and i believe you keep your enchantments as well
