Bonemeal-Like Item for Nether Wart

There should be an item only found in the nether that can be used to speed up growth for nether-wart farming (like bonemeal does for overworld crops). This would make nether-wart farms a larger part of the game, and would require players to travel across the nether, exploring the newly featured biomes, in order to find the item.
