Wither Angel- a Mini-BOSS in the soulsand valley

  There might be a rare chance to find a wither skeleton outpost(I will explain that in a different post) it can be found only in soulsand valley. It will be filled with wither skeletons. ( killing those wither skeleton won't drop skull to prevent exploited) Wither angels will spawn randomly but not in massive numbers they can spot you from 25 block radius.

They can fly and attack the player( they can occasionally come to the ground and attack you)with their weapon- which is made of netherite, they have the same hearts equal to a player. When they are flying they will summon wither skeleton and ghasts to attack the player( only way of attacking the player when flying)

Up on killing them they have 2.4% chance to drop their weapon(with looting enchantment doesn't effect its drop) and it has a 14% chance to drop withered wing which can be with a elytra which makes you fly faster, durability is more and longer in size.The wither skeleton will have white glowing eyes belonging to the outpost the netherite weapon will look like a spear and if it has a special enchantment(that enchanted netherite weapon can be dropped by a wither angel only) it can send a beam which can give 3 hearts of damage to any mob but the netherite weapon(enchanted one) should be combined with redstone block and 5 emerald block to emit a beam from the weapon(wither angel can do that without combining)

    I feel that maybe the withered won’t could be used as an alternate way of repairing the Elytra instead

    My spin on it: I like the wither angel idea, but stick to a netherite sword which deals the wither effect, don't summon ghasts as they're clearly living creatures and have nothing to do with the wither curse, and instead of an elytra upgrade, the boss should drop a nether star fragment - one quarter of a full star. Or perhaps they should drop skulls and wither roses instead.

    By the way if you are asking me why does the wither angel can summon ghasts because they are kind of a commander of the nether army and by the way the idea of dropping the withered wing can be changed with some other item but it has to be new

    Mostly like the idea. A nickname of this mob could be the Grim Reaper or Death Angel/Destroyer.
