Caves have secret rooms

Occasionally when you go mining you would find a secret room, and it could have a chest with a little loot, and it could be marked with a cobblestone block or a different block like that. Maybe a serious miner could even move in there! It WOULD have mob protection. It would just be a little rest from all that work.
