Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Conglomerate

Conglomerate is a new block, generates in y=50 and below, in coal-like veins, rare finding. Its affected by gravity, but it cannot be destroyed by falling on a torch, flower(these it replaces) or slabs (places above slabs). doesnt damage mobs if it falls on some. it could be crafted by using four gravel in 2x2 cube, conglomerate is lithificated gravel (hardened? gravel). it would be gray gravel-like textured block. a conglomerate hills could be added, like gravelly hills but conglomerate hills. would generate near gravelly hills, usually inside. would have hardness like stone, except you mine it with a shovel. a efficiency 5 diamond shovel with haste 2 could insta-mine it. Would be interesting if it could be turned back into 4 gravel.

    There could be even more types of conglomerate like more powdery type could generate underground in deserts, would have yellow pebbels in it, crafted with 2 gravel, 2 sand, the basic type - 4 gravel in 2x2, generating almost everywhere, and more rocky one, with larger pebbles on its texture, generating in extreme hills, could damage mobs it falls onto, crafting using 2 gravel, 2 cobblestone and could be mined with either shovel or pickaxe!
