Lecterns improve enchantment tables like bookshelves, but less effective

Lecterns can be placed next to the enchantment table, and they will be half as effective as a normal bookshelf. Lecterns with a book in them will be as effective as a bookshelf. This simple feature will look really cool when particle effects come out of the lectern, aside from the usefulness.

    What if placing an enchanted book in the lectern makes getting that enchantment more likely?

    That's actually a really good idea, It would make lecterns useful for "selecting" enchantments, plus it wouldn't be overpowered because you need enchanted books in order to improve chances.
