Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

( Nether Update ) Spawn Totem

In order to set your spawn in the Nether, make it so that you have to right click this item, a Spawn Totem.

This item appears in "Shrines" around the Nether, a smallish generated structure. Spawn Totems & the shrines rarity is at the rate of villages in the over world more or less.

The catch is that this item cannot be mined or destroyed with any tool, forcing players to have to respawn in a set but interchangeable handful of locations based off of what they last set as their respawn.

This is to balance difficulty and avoid abusing the challenge of staying alive with all your loot in fortresses and other obstacles in the Nether.

    Crying obsidian will probably be used to set spawn in the nether. Still, a spawn totem that'd send you to your bed would be useful. Unlike the totem of undying where it lets you escape death on use, it'd send you home; the spawn totem would be activated just like the totem of undying.
