Adding Achievement for Drinking Milk & Name Suggestion!

On Minecraft's Subreddit I posted the idea of having an achievement of clearing effects by drinking milk and having it be named, 'He Needs Some Milk!' It is at half of 1k upvotes in a short amount of time. It's of course a reference to a very popular Vine and it fits so perfectly. Also I had noticed the action of drinking the milk to clear effects hadn't had an achievement slot. I thought it would be a great addition considering it isn't something new players are not too aware of. I think the community would love to see it come into fruition! thank y'all!
