Muted are a brand new effect that prevent you to interact with interactables objects (placing and breaking blocks counts)

Examples like, getting into minecart and boats, breed animals, attacking, opening doors, open a workstation block, shields also stops working and so does armors however, u can still be attacked, and still can be affected by other effects like poisons, fire damage, etc
