Everlasting Enchantment

Everlasting is an enchantment that can be added to swords or axes. When a living (not undead) mob is killed by a sword with this enchantment, it has a small chance of becoming that mob’s undead variant. For instance, villagers become zombie villagers and piglins become zombie piglins (which would basically be zombie pigmen).

  I like it but why everlasting? Something like “Disease” or “infect” makes more sense.
