Biome for the nether:Wither Camp

My idea of this biome is this:

a biome where everything is more black

a biome where the wither skeletons spawn naturally 

with wither roses everywhere

and some ideas specifically with a wither touch:

-Wither Skeleton Bone

-Wither bone block

-A Wither Netherrack

-Some dead plants or dead block with a wither touch

  Could their be black/withered/wither fossils

  maybe there could be wither trees that grow in the biome that drop withered apples that can be eaten and would give you wither effect as well as can be brewed into potion of wither and the tree would give dark grey /black wood though when it grows and netheracck around it turns into withered netherack and nothing else can grow on it
