    I think if Soulphire was stronger than diamond it could still work since it's stated, " can only be made for weapons ", to me this means weapons only and not stuff like pickaxes and shovles , and lets be honest we need more reasons to go to the nether. And yes I am aware of the nether update coming, however it seems to be more exploration than actually being usefull like "TheRestone 28" , is trying to do.

    The reason why I put, only weapons and tools and also shield. It is because if the diamond shield is strong, it would be more.
