Make the Mobevents Command Not Locked Behind Cheats (Bedrock)

I think this would be great, as it would allow players to turn off patrols without turning on cheats so that they can still earn achievements. I have a world, and a patrol spawns every Minecraft day and I always have to damage my armor trying to burn the captain with a flint and steel so that I don't get Bad Omen. I think this would be great! :)

Another possible solution is to bring a bucket with you. That way, you can find milk to remove the effect before returning to your village.

I agree. Also, a few times these patrols have appeared inside my base. Has anyone else noticed this? And Ethan, you may know this, but drinking a milk bucket will remove the Bad Omen effect.
