Thunderstorms are usually only used for four things, charged creepers, a way to use a channeling trident to it’s fullest, a way to sleep in the daytime and, a way to get skeleton horses. But if there was a new boss added to the game, the weather cycle wouldn’t just be mundane and sluggish anymore! My idea is that a drowned looking creature would be just over the size of a iron golem and wield a large trident. This drowned has the ability to pull you close, making bubble particles( sorta like how magma blocks pull you underwater) and it could strike lightning near it. This drowned could have a cool design using sea lanterns to shine the are around it. Another power is that if it gets to water, it will drag you down. When the drowned boss is defeated, it could drop the usual drops from normal drowned but also “Shards of the Sea” which you will need to make a couple of things. A “Supercharged Sponge” could be 4 shards and one sponge in the middle, it would be much more powerful then the normal sponge. Another idea is that you could add it to a menu of a conduit to make a fully powered conduit shock enemies and cook fish in it’s attack radius.
