Being able to align /execute with chunks

A simple /execute align chunk ... to be able to align the execute command with the chunk center, which would be very useful.

    I’d like the align subcommand to have more functionality, like /execute align 0 0. This should align it to an axis around X and Z coordinates equal to 0.

    this is a good idea, but i think it should be a sub-argument for positioned

    /execute positioned chunk 0 0 positioned coordinates 3 3 3 run setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:diorite
