Villagers can pick up and drink potions

With this change, villagers will be able to drink potions in their inventory.

They can be given a level 1 healing potion by a cleric villager the same way they exchange food if they are injured, have a free inventory slot and any players are sufficiently far away. They also pick up dropped potions so players, dispensers and droppers can give them potions too.

If their inventory is too full to pick up food and they're carrying one or more potions, they'll drink the least important one and drop the bottle to pick up said food.

    This would be great for helping out in raids! Also it would be really good for map making
