Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Ripped/cut banners

If you put shears into a loom with a banner there would be different banner shapes you could choose from. When a desired design is made you could cut the banners into different shapes. The shapes could not be undone and would not count as one of the six layers. The new banner shapes could add more variety to banners and could tell a story about what the banner had been through.

The banner shapes are not my designs but they give an example to what the banners could look like.

    This is really cool, I'd love to see ripped and medieval banners!! I've seen some videos about a pigling boss that has a torn banner on his back, which would look really cool in other designs!

    Okay, that one on the top right? Film reels!
    Another idea for a design could be cutting the banner in half for things like nautical flags.

    And maybe don't have it count as a layer, but instead adapt the banner patterns to it if possible. For example, a border would go around the new shape of non-torn banners, allowing us to make Ohio and Nepalese flags, for example.

    This NEEDS more attention! We, well probably not all of us but we builders, really need this for our worlds. I especially need this because I can't stand having a perfectly fine banner in an area I made as a war zone.
