Add a watch and a slot for it.

The watch will serve to tell time on the go and will be made by placing one redstone torch in the center, then in every corner a piston, the rest is the metal that the watch will have as it's shell. If you want to create a pocket watch instead, you would need to replace one of the pieces of metal with string. To access the watch you would press t+i while looking down. To stop looking at the watch you would look up.
