Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Lawn Block

The lawn block would have the "grass top" texture on all of its six sides, and could be crafted out of four grass blocks, yielding three lawn as a result. Being a purely decorative block, it could be used in place of normal grass blocks in order to create more elaborate and good looking terrain.

    Combined with some number of snowballs, a snowy lawn variant may be craftable and finally make use of the snow grass texture
