Villagers for the longest time have been almost completely useless for anything other than enchanted books or iron farms. This made it so that no one was particularly excited about working with them. With 1.14 and the “bug” of infinite trading during the work day, villagers were much more useful. I personally added almost all variations into my trading hall and used them regularly. If they can only trade twice a day, and then I have to wait the whole Minecraft day to get another 12 quarts blocks.... needless to say, I won’t be doing that anymore. I would need at least 30 of every variation to make that system worth it. That’s not going to happen for me and I would be willing to bet not for many other people. I understand it was not how you intended the system to work, but the one time in Minecraft villagers history, they were useful as something other than librarians and farmers. If you don’t want infinite trading during work day, (which I think is still relatively reasonable considering the work day is only like 1/3 of the time anyways) maybe we could get more than 2 unlocks a day? At least like 5? Just so that they can be worth dealing with again. I literally don’t want to upgrade from 1.14.4 to 1.15 even though there are so many good things, simply because the trading hall I spent an entire week in real life building, would be basically worthless in the new update. The exploits with trading prices, definitely needed to be fixed, and I’m personally glad you did that. But you didn’t need to completely eradicate the usefulness of villagers completely. Please do something about this and make villagers useful again. Thank you for your time and consideration
