Tropical drowned

A new type of drowned that would spawn in tropical oceans and would have a lighter texture than the usual drowned. It would have the same drops but better chances of those drops.

    Bro, that is such a good idea!!! maybe if they wielded (and dropped) enchanted-tridents it would make them more dangerous or something...

    I feel like this could have a chance of coming out when palm trees come out, but amazing idea anyway
