A creeper that spawns very rare and has conditions to spawn. I imagine it to look like this 
Its is completely made from honey and honey comb it is a slow mob and does not destroy blocks on detonation.Once it explodes it will inflict a effect of any mob in the blast radius bees will not be affected it explodes instantly so it wont be a easy way to farm its loot it cant be damaged by fire and ignores the piercing enchantment and tipped arrows.It is a really rare mob as rare as thunder hitting you naturally increasing the chance to spawn is by farming bee hives with no campfire under and it will only spawn by a bee hive your by and with a high honey level. The effect is basically miners fatigue 5 and slowness 4 mixed with the propriety of the honey block this means mobs could stick to you and you will be able to slowly fall if your next to blocks like the honey block the effect cant be taken away by milk or go away after some time the only way is to go into water splash potions of water will also work but it takes 5 rain included but 5 seconds
once killed the mob will drop honey blocks and honey comb around 10 to 3 honey blocks and 1 to 4 honey combs
same as the honey effect it will slowly fall if next to a wall
Notes,the mob and effect drop the honey droplets from when a hive or nest is at level 5 honey,the mob takes damage in water and rain and any form of water
