Hide Spectator Mode from Tab List

Mods will often used spectator to check on players for cheating and hacking. This is visible in the Tab List and means players will know when it's happening and will give away hidden mods. It's possible in spigot but it should be an option in vanilla servers too. If this setting had the ability to be turned off in settings it'd be great.

    I suggest adding a team option like:

    team modify <team> highlightSpectators (true|false)

    where it defaults to true and will act exactly like currently. Setting it to false would make players in spectator mode in that team look exactly like if they were in survival mode or creative mode.
