Charger Mob

Good afternoon to you,

Just as you may have read above, I have an idea for a new challenge and enemy that could make things more exciting. I propose a new entity that I would like to call " Chargers "

Itd be neat if these things could teleport like the endermen, shoot arrows on the move, only spawn when a large redstone current is running, like a small powerplant with alternating or direct current. The entity should drrop when killed maps or redstone, or maybe redsstone design schematics as its prime drop. Id also love to see a new weapon, perhaps a legitamate mortar built with four iron blocks, one locator map, two redstone cubes and an ender pearl with a blaze rod side by side. A range of fifty blocks would be perfect,and either tnt flame charges or potions could be loaded into the cannon.
