Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

"Sticky" block that can't move through hoppers.

This block could have two basic properties:

1. Hoppers are not able to transfer it. So it could be used to fill up any number of hopper slots to make filter systems more reliable, as well as solve the problem of transfer order (https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-28890). Basically if a slot is occupied by this sticky block it would reduce the number of usable hopper slots.

2. Blocks that are stuck to this "sticky" block could not be removed/broken without first removing the sticky block, or might require a particular enchantment, or perhaps TNT. You'd have to be careful with the sticky block to not completely block all 6 sides. Or it could just make removal take extra long.
