Blue ice balls

I recently did a couple of posts talking about the possibility of implementing ice balls and packed ice balls to the game. And I was thinking that the third and strongest of the ice balls should of course be the blue ice ball. It would be made by surrounding a blue ice block with 8 packed ice balls to get 8 blue ice balls. Now blue ice balls would have an insane cool down of about 5 snowballs after each throw. It would have a sort of Piercing effect on mobs meaning that it would go through a mob and damage another one. It would also have a knockback II effect to enemies, and finally, you can kill blazes very efficiently with these blue ice balls.
