'Houston, we have a problem' Advancement

So this would be an advancement that you would get after breaking an elytra above Y=500. I feel like this fits in with the game a lot and would be a super cool easter egg.

I actually saw this on the Bad Minecraft Suggestions Subreddit, so credit goes to user Sightnado for coming up with this.

  That would be a very bad when they hits the ground

  Also another Advancement idea is this one

  "Super sonic*

  You have to be traveling at over 40 blocks a second

  Make it a hidden achievement so it will have to happen to someone by accident first

  For added complexity, the player has to keep the broken elytra on, and survive the fall back to Y= 64
