Stretched Placement Limits

I feel that there should be a expanded limit to things like armor stands, mobs, ect. This would help when players are trying to build big maps and tutorials. Im working on a future project that will involve many armor stands, so an update like this could allow players to add ai without worrying about command blocks or tight restrictions.
