The illusionist recruits villagers

The illusionist recruits the villagers and turns them into an illager without a weapon, then they go to the forest. Some time later, the recruited villager can attack on looting.

Cool! I'd like to think the unarmed illagers would turn into a different type of illager once they find an item (probably dropped by a player) as listed:

axe = vindicator

totem of undying = evoker

crossbow = pillager

any potion = witch (I know witches aren't illagers but they often tag along in raids)

IDK what, if anything, would make one an illusioner. I want them to be included but I don't want them to be common otherwise they'd be way too OP. probably something really rare like an enchanted golden apple.
