Rule block. Sort of like a command block it can only be obtained by using commands. /give @s Rule_block no data values. When you place it it is transparent and phantom like a light source block. When placed, while holding the block some symbol will be there to show it is there like a barrier block. It does not have a hitbox in survival or adventure mode, therefore. You cannot break it unless your in creative if you interact with the block it will show a down drop of the rules ingsame such as keep inventory, fall damage and the others. And beow that there are @e @p @r and @a . And there iis another drop down for entity or player .this determines what activates it. Know here is how it works: If the selected option player or entity touch the block, the gamerule will be effected for the @ chosen. This will also come with a gamerule that comes with it that is ruleblockoutput when it is on nd you were changed by it it will say to the affected people <username> gamerule changed to <game rule> false.
