(Nether) Glowing Plains

Glowing plains,,sooo there would be a lot of glowstone or potentionally some new light emmiting block, but this biome will be really rare like ice spikes or snowy taiga

    Its a nether biome, really rare and has alot of glowstone in it. It look like normal plains but it has glowstone. Maybe in that biome should be some new mob which will drop glowstone but this is abaut the biome. Under the biome 10% of netherrack will be glowstone. Light in that biome would be really high. Max or 1 below max light lvl on every block. Im also thinking abaut some new particle, something like snow but yellow and glowing. If you need more detail please tell me
    And yeah i cant go back to my old acc so im on this now. Just to be sure
