Higher the exp higher your chances

Lets say your level 50. that means you will have a high chance of... Getting ghast tears when killing ghasts, taming pets faster, having a chance to get a good enchantment when enchanting a book, ect. but if your a level 1 newcomer those chances will be low.

  Given the ease with which early game XP farms can be made, this is unreasonable.

  In addition, early game XP farms are much more important then late game drops, especially because Looting is already in the game.

  I think this is a good idea
