Make nether blocks renewable in upcoming 1.16

Currently lava, netherrack, soul sand, stone variants and gravel cannot be obtained renewably. It is possible to remedy this via changes in the upcoming 1.16 update, as its changes can affect these blocks or items used to obtain these blocks.

Pros:

• Multiple block types may be obtained without affecting surrounding terrain. This suits a certain playstyle and can benefit survival servers with many players

Cons:

• Making quartz as an item renewable (necessary for renewable stone variants) may be overpowering due to its use in redstone components
• Making lava renewable may be overpowering due to its use as a fuel source
