Creating pop-ups

So what I think is that we should have a /pop-up command. It’s command information will be here

/pop-up [target] [type] [string]

This makes it like it is on a Minecraft server but it will execute the command. The title will be the game’s name and the text it was given will show!

    Olá!
    Minha sugestão seria, ao segurar por 2 segundos qualquer coisa do jogo que for ajustável, o game me dar um pop up daquele objeto e para que ele serve ..
