Quill carving

One should be able to craft quills individually, with a feather and a dye (Feel free to change). With this quill one should be able to 'color' the pixels of blocks the colour of the dye used, and therefore make patterns. A special new crafting station could be made that combines a quill and a paper, that one draws a pattern on, and then can duplicate that pattern onto blocks. Also I think the quills should have durability. Also just carving blocks would be nice.

Reason: I think this is a good idea, AND this will help with the visual aspects of making creative, unique buildings that require refined features, tiny details, like patterns on an Inca temple.
