Cheaper recipe for tipped arrows

The tipped arrows seem very useful and all, but I think they should be slightly cheaper and less end game material. My advice is to keep the old recipe for 8x conversion and add a new, less efficient recipe where 1 potion and 1 arrow makes one tipped arrow. This is because I feel that, while tipped arrows are somewhat useful, they aren't so valuable that players are willing to gather dragon breath midfight. Additionally, the fact that you have to fight the boss to get them means that they are hard to renew and not entirely worth wasting in standard PVP. I haven't personally seen them used on servers much. This would, however, definitely make these arrows more accessible and open up new potential.

    Or they should be created by using an arrow on a potion filled cauldron, as in Minecraft win10 edition.

    In bedrock edition, you can tap on a cauldron with a potion in it (while you have a arrow in your hand) and it gives it the effect of the potion in the cauldron.
