When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

    Interesting concept... a liquid that can conduct redstone signals... I like it. We do need more liquids in Minecraft.

    Mercury is actually denser than lead!  The Minecraft version of this would be that even falling anvils would float in a pool of Mercury.  The only thing that would sink would be the Dragon Egg.  Over time Mercury would "evaporate," by which I mean it would emit little green particles that would have a small chance of dealing damage to the player and have a smaller chance of giving them poison or hunger.  Lava would make the Mercury evaporate faster.
