There are 2 ways to make it:
1. hard to crafting but reusable and reparable:
Make a hard crafting but reusable, like a trident but with the ability to enchant it like to mending, looting, channeling, loyalty, et cetera.

Like to the arrows but they don't can be reusable.
Durability: | 260 | (For the first option)
Enchantable: Yes, but from the bow, like: The bow have channeling, the arrow takes the channeling for the shoot, but the mending and unbreaking enchanted are the only can be for the first option.
Can be multi-shooted: Yes, like the other types of arrows. (In the first option is different)
