Aqua Affinity, Depth Strider, Respiration: They are all very niche enchantments that are only useful in the water, and thus typically disappointing to get. Combine them into one Aqua Affinity enchantment that does all the water-based armor things, and it's less of a hassle to deal with.
Looting, Fortune, Luck of the Sea: Same thing. Combine them all into one enchantment which increases loot tables from mobs, ores, and fishing. It's just more convenient.
Flame, Fire Aspect: Any Flame-enchanted item inflicts burn damage whenever it causes damage, whether from melee attacks or projectiles. This could possibly be expanded to include rockets, snowballs, etc. for Creative/mapmaking.
Knockback, Punch: Same deal as Flame. Knockback from any damage dealt, melee or ranged.
Efficiency, Quick Charge: Increase block mining speed and arrow-loading speed. It kinda sucks when you get Quick Charge on a book but you don't use a crossbow, or if you do use a crossbow but none of your books have Quick Charge.
Infinity, Loyalty: This one's a bit different. Infinity is a really strong enchantment. Normally you have to be very conservative with arrow usage, but Infinity allows you to spam them with no worries. Replace it with Loyalty for Bows, where the arrows return to you after hitting something, and it's a bit less powerful. You'll want to keep a handful of arrows with you, especially in the End where they can fall into the void. Plus, it's consolation for us not having boomerangs :(
